We ask you to kindly always follow the steps below when sending a sample to CertLab, to avoid future problems in certifying and homologating your product with OCD:

Identification:

The samples must be duly identified with:

– Name of the model with which they will be commercialized
– Country of origin
– Manufacturer

Obs: The name of the model that is stated on the sample is the one that will be on the test report

Sending Samples:

It is important that we receive complete samples, with all accessories, operation manuals and test software and/or test mode code, when necessary, for their configuration and product operation.

We remind you that eventual problems that make the configuration and operation of the product impossible, may compromise the schedule of the foreseen tests.
